August 8-10th, we camped at Hueston Woods State Park and had a great time swimming in the lake.
August 3rd, William went to Nova Trampoline Park to check it out. He hasn't been able to use the pro trampolines in a long time, and it was a nice treat.
August 2nd, Kyla was celebrated at her 1st birthday party.
August 1st, We went back to the Cincinnati Museum Center after many years. It is a very nice place to visit.
July 31-Aug 1st, Boy Scout Troop 350 setup and tore down the entire Delhi Skirt Game festival. It was a lot of work but we really appreciate what the Delhi Skirt Game does for the community. We love to support community charities.
July 27th, The Christ Hospital has its company picnic at Kings Island. It was hot and there were some lightning delays, but it was a good day.
July 27th, Boy Scout Troop 350 helped to make sure the cars were flowing correctly at the charity Rollin' on the River car show. We love to support community charities.
July 6-12th, we attended long-term resident camp at Ransburg Scout Reservation in Indiana. We look forward to this trip each year and have some amazing memories.
July 4th, the Ditton's invited us over to their place and we had some really nice food and fun.
June 27-29th, we volunteered our time to help clean up trash at the Panegyri Greek Festival. We had never been to this before, but found it to be a really nice festival. I would recommend this in the future to everyone.
June 21th, we helped build a dirt track, then rode some machines on it to have some fun.
June 17th, the Troop had an annual refresher on CPR and rescue methods. It is always good to keep this kind of thing fresh in your mind.
June 14th, Flag Day, we performed a flag retirement ceremony for the Delhi Historical Society. This was a great event because the public doesn't often get to see the honor associated with retiring the US flag.
June 6-10th, we went camping at Morgan's Canoe in Brookville, Indiana. We kayaked the river and had a great time.
May 24-29th, we traveled to Ontario, Canada, and had a very nice time seeing nature, lakes, Niagara Falls, and the local attractions.
May 20th, we performed a Cub Scout Crossover Ceremony for Pack 300, we look forward to extending the scouting future to these graduating scouts.
May 16-18th, we went camping at Clifty Falls in Indiana. We hiked to see the falls and enjoyed nature.
May 3rd, we volunteered our time to help the organizers of the charity Flying Pig Marathon. It was a rainy morning, but we had fun anyway.
The week after April 27th will kick off the 2025 racing season, we went onsite to clean up, get things ready, and see some people practicing their laps.
Over the Easter weekend, we traveled to Gatlinburg Tennessee, and had a very nice time seeing nature and the local attractions.
April 13th we worked with Travis to complete his Eagle Scout project where he directed us in painting two sheds and some other exterior elements of the Church.
March 28-30th we went camping to introduce basic camping skills and the patrol method to the Cub Scouts that may join us after their graduation.
February 23rd was Scout Sunday for Troop 350. We provided flag ceremony services to Shiloh UMC which is our charter organization. Scout Sunday is used to celebrate the Scouting program's anniversary and it helps to show the congregation who we are and that we exist.
January 31st we went camping with Troop 350 in Friendship Indiana. The theme was backpacking and survival. It was cold, but we ultimately survived.
January 26th we went Skiing with Troop 350 to Perfect North Slopes.
January 18th we went with Troop 350 to Marengo Cave where we completed some walking tours and crawling tours, we were also able to spend the night in the cave. Awesome experience!
January 5th most of the country experienced a large winter storm, we had about 8" of snow.
